Service Description
A down-to-earth, supportive call with me to help you get unstuck and feel clearer and more confident with your hair extension work. This is for you if something isn’t quite sitting right, you’re struggling to fully understand part of a method, or you feel trained but not as confident as you’d like in real salon situations. Before the call, you’ll fill in a short form so I can see exactly what you’re struggling with. This means when we jump on Zoom, we go straight into what actually matters to you. During the call, we can: • Troubleshoot specific extension issues • Talk through placement, tension, blending, or method choice • Clear up confusion that hasn’t quite clicked yet • Go over real client situations • Build confidence around decisions you’re second-guessing If it helps, I can also demonstrate things live on a doll’s head and talk you through it step by step so it makes sense in real time. This isn’t a full training course. It’s personalised support to help you refine your skills, understand things more clearly, and move past the level you feel stuck at.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking. All calls are non-refundable once booked. Rescheduling You may reschedule your call once only, with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Reschedule requests made with less than 7 days’ notice cannot be accepted and the session will be forfeited. Any additional reschedule requests after the first change will not be permitted. Cancellations & No-Shows Missed calls or late cancellations are treated as a no-show and are non-refundable. If you arrive late, the call will still end at the scheduled time. Important These calls are personalised support sessions, not full training courses. No follow-up support is included unless otherwise stated.
