Cancellation Policy

Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking. All calls are non-refundable once booked. Rescheduling You may reschedule your call once only, with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Reschedule requests made with less than 7 days’ notice cannot be accepted and the session will be forfeited. Any additional reschedule requests after the first change will not be permitted. Cancellations & No-Shows Missed calls or late cancellations are treated as a no-show and are non-refundable. If you arrive late, the call will still end at the scheduled time. Important These calls are personalised support sessions, not full training courses. No follow-up support is included unless otherwise stated. VIP Half-Day Training (In-Salon) Payment Full payment is required to secure your date. All VIP training days are non-refundable once booked. This is because your date is reserved exclusively for you and preparation begins in advance. Rescheduling One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 14 days’ notice. Reschedule requests made with less than 14 days’ notice cannot be accepted. Any further changes will not be permitted. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations, late reschedules, or failure to attend will result in the session being forfeited. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the agreed time. Models If you are bringing a model, it is your responsibility to ensure they are suitable and available. If a model does not attend, the session will continue using doll’s heads or alternative learning methods. Discovery Calls (VIP / In-Person Training Only) Discovery calls are free and offered to assess suitability only. No teaching, troubleshooting, or training is provided during discovery calls. Missed discovery calls may result in booking restrictions for future sessions. UK Legal Note (Consumer Rights) By booking a call or training day, you acknowledge that: This is a time-specific service. Preparation begins immediately after booking. You are requesting the service within a defined timeframe. In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the usual 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once the service date is agreed and preparation has begun.
