VIP Support Day – HEC Students Only

Service Description
A personalised, hands-on half day with me in the salon, designed to help you refine your skills, build confidence, and understand the why behind what you’re doing. This is ideal if you want real-life guidance rather than just watching from the sidelines. What we can do during the half day: • Work together on a live fitting (You can bring your own model, or we can work on doll’s heads) • Go through placement, sectioning, tension, and finishing in real time • Pause, adjust, and refine things as we go • Troubleshoot areas you’ve been struggling with • Talk through consultations, pricing, and client communication • Cover business confidence alongside practical skills This is not a beginner course or qualification. We will not cover the full training. It’s a confidence-building, experience-led session tailored to you and where you’re at right now for those who have done the training m. A short discovery call / form is required before booking to make sure this is the right fit and that we use the time properly on the day.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Full payment is required to secure your date. All VIP training days are non-refundable once booked. This is because your date is reserved exclusively for you and preparation begins in advance. Rescheduling One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 30 days’ notice. Reschedule requests made with less than 30 days’ notice cannot be accepted. Any further changes will not be permitted. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations, late reschedules, or failure to attend will result in the session being forfeited. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the agreed time. Models If you are bringing a model, it is your responsibility to ensure they are suitable and available. If a model does not attend, the session will continue using doll’s heads or alternative learning methods.
