Hi, I'm Nikki
Twelve years ago I started with nothing.
No qualifications, no experience, no clue. I grew up on a council estate in Middlesbrough, left school with nothing and had my daughter at 18. My first hair extension fitting took me five hours.
Now I run an award winning salon in Newcastle, train stylists across the UK, and work three days a week while earning more than I ever thought possible. I built The Hair Extension Coach because I know what bad training feels like. This is the opposite of that. 🤍
